PublicDomainRegistry.com - main registrar for the internet mob like "Ruby Palace"

"Public Domain Registry" is an Indian registrar to ICANN and sells also Australian .au domains. Since there are no anti-spam laws in India (That country which avoids protecting women and lets rape them by groups of men.) this company is free to make business with criminals with the gambling mob like "Ruby Palace":

"Ruby Palace" - spams and spreads phishing malware on your PC.

PublicDomainRegistry claims to be "a global leader in providing Domain Registration Services" - of course, since the Indian company is in close business with criminals. And we all know that criminals around the world make billions of US-Dollars with their activities.

PDR is closely connected with the gambling and phishing mob of the internet:
It is absolutely not accidental that the spam and phishing group "Ruby Palace" has registered ALL their spam domains thru publicdomainregistry.com - when you contact PDR and complain about the spam and the registered domain they shut it down but of course, at the same moment their business partner "Ruby Palace" set up a new one.

Usually criminals use stolen credit cards to set up internet domains so that the registrar not only deletes those domains but also keeps an eye on those criminals - of course, otherwise they lose money.

But PDR obviously is still the preferred registrar for Ruby's fucking spam and phishing Palace. How come?
Well, maybe because they don't use stolen credit cards but real ones?
